1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to evolkov.tech, including its Russian and English versions.

The personal data controller and website owner is Evgeniy Volkov. For personal data requests, email vei96rus@gmail.com.

This policy does not govern third-party websites opened through external links.

2. Data processed

The website does not request payment details, passwords, biometric data or special categories of personal data. Do not include such information in a message.

Contact-form data: inquiry type, name, email or Telegram contact, and message text.
Information contained in subsequent correspondence if the user continues communicating with the controller.
After separate analytics consent: IP address, visit date and time, viewed pages, referrer, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers and page interactions.
Technical request logs that may be generated by hosting infrastructure to operate and protect the website.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Receiving and handling an inquiry, preparing a response, project estimate or cooperation proposal, based on the separate consent checkbox below the form.
Continuing communication and fulfilling arrangements initiated by the user.
Maintaining website operation and security.
Measuring traffic and improving the website through Yandex Metrica and Session Replay, only after separate consent to analytics cookies.

4. Processing methods

Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer to service providers, restriction and deletion. Processing may be automated or manual.

The website does not make decisions producing legal effects for a user solely through automated processing and does not sell personal data.

5. Services and data transfers

Yandex Metrica, YANDEX LLC, Russia: web analytics after user consent.
Aeza (aeza.net): website hosting and technical processing of web requests on the operator's server.
Telegram Messenger: the content of a submitted contact form is delivered to the site owner through the Telegram Bot API. Only the data you enter in the form is transmitted.
LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Drive and other external websites receive data only when a user chooses to follow the relevant link and operate under their own policies.

6. Retention

Inquiries and related correspondence are retained until the processing purpose is fulfilled, normally no longer than one year after the last message unless law or a contract requires otherwise.
The analytics preference is stored in the browser's local storage for up to 12 months or until the user withdraws it.
Technical and analytics data is retained within the periods set by the relevant provider's settings and terms, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

7. User rights

Request information about the processing of personal data.
Request correction, restriction or deletion where there is a lawful basis.
Withdraw consent by emailing vei96rus@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it was received.
Reject analytics or change the preference through the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
Submit a complaint to a competent supervisory authority or court if the user believes their rights have been violated.

8. Data security

The controller applies reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, limits access, uses HTTPS and grants access only to the extent needed for the stated purposes.

No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary or sensitive information through the form.

9. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the website, connected services or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
