One person, the full stack
Design logic, frontend, backend and CMS integration, SEO, and deploy. No need to assemble a squad of freelancers and herd them toward each other.
Service / Development
I build websites end-to-end: from architecture and design through markup, code, launch, and SEO. I'm Evgeniy Volkov, a fullstack developer. One person owns the entire product. You talk directly to the person writing the code.
Why work with me
I'm not a web studio or an agency. That means no bloated quotes, no tasks lost in a chat thread, and no code written by an intern.
Design logic, frontend, backend and CMS integration, SEO, and deploy. No need to assemble a squad of freelancers and herd them toward each other.
CRM systems, SSR sites, review platforms, and migrations are behind me. Your site is built on the same engineering principles.
Semantics, canonical, URL structure, schema.org, and performance are baked in from the start, not bolted on later.
After a short brief you get a work plan, a budget range, and a timeline. No surprises along the way.
Formats
From a single-page site to a multi-page SSR website with CMS and integrations.
Single-page sites for ads and specific offers: fast loading, clear structure, a focus on conversion, and clean analytics.
Multi-page company storefronts: services, case studies, a blog, forms, and CMS-driven content. Structure built for growth and SEO.
Server-side rendering for speed and indexing: content projects, catalogs, review platforms, and sites with a large number of pages.
I join an existing site: speed it up, refactor, add new sections, handle migrations, and close out technical debt.
Technologies
I build sites with the same tools product teams use.
SPA and SSR on modern frameworks, focused on speed and maintainability.
Content via headless CMS, forms, payments, and third-party services.
The technical foundation for search visibility and stability.
Build, delivery, and caching tuned for a fast TTFB.
Process
We go through goals, audience, and competitors. Requirements and scope get locked down: what's in the project and what isn't.
Page structure, a prototype, and the keyword map for SEO, all before design begins.
I can design from scratch or work from your Figma file. We sign off on the visuals before development starts.
Clean component-based markup, SSR, integrations, and forms. Regular builds so you can follow progress.
Cross-browser compatibility, mobile, performance, structured data, canonical, and sitemap, all checked before launch.
Deploy, analytics and metrics setup, credential handover, and optional ongoing support after launch.
The exact cost depends on design, number of pages, integrations, CMS, and timeline. The figures below give you a ballpark before we even get to the brief.
A single-page site for an offer or ad campaign: design, markup, forms, and basic SEO.
A multi-page site with CMS, blog, case studies, and forms. Structure built for SEO growth.
A content or catalog project on Nuxt with server-side rendering, integrations, and complex SEO.
These are ballpark figures, not a formal offer. After a short brief I give you exact timelines, a budget range, and a work plan.
Questions
Yes. I'm a fullstack developer and I run the project myself: frontend, integrations, SEO, and deploy. When a task calls for it, I bring in vetted specialists, but ownership and communication stay with me.
Both. I can build from your Figma file or design from scratch to fit the task. We figure out what makes more sense for timeline and budget during the brief.
My primary stack is Nuxt and Vue with server-side rendering, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. If a project is already on React and Next.js, I work comfortably with that too. The result is fast, well-indexed, and maintainable code with no legacy baggage.
Yes. Technical SEO is baked into the code from day one: semantics, canonical, URL structure, sitemap, schema.org, and Core Web Vitals. It's one of my core strengths.
Yes. I can jump into an existing project: speed improvements, refactoring, new sections, migrations, and fixing technical issues.
Turnkey means a site that's ready to work, not a half-finished product. That covers: structure planning, design or markup from your file, development, technical SEO, forms and analytics, deploy, and credential handover. The domain and hosting are registered in your name. After that the site is yours, no strings attached to me.
It depends on scope. A turnkey landing page starts at 30,000 ₽; a multi-page corporate site or SSR catalog costs more because of the page count, integrations, and CMS. I give you an exact budget range after a short brief, once the actual scope is clear. No hidden fees along the way.
You do. Source code, domain, hosting, and all credentials are registered in your name and handed over at delivery. I work as a sole proprietor, under contract, and I don't hold projects hostage. If you want to continue with another developer or on your own: the code is clean and readable, not a locked black box.
